Mint: These have hardly been used and didn't sit very long before being recovered. Logos and pen marks may be present
Near Mint: These are like new but maybe they have a few blemishes or minor discoloration. Logos and pen marks may be present.
Good: These are really playable golf balls but have some scuffs, possible major discoloration, logos and pens marks. These golf balls work and shouldnt affect gameplay, but just may not be pretty.
Every golf ball is soaked for a period of time in a top secret mixture to get off dirt and other debris. Then, each ball goes into a soapy wash. This gets our golf balls very clean. Sometimes you get a stubborn ball, so any ball that doesn't pass our clean standards are put back into the soak!
We keep things very simple when it comes to our quality grading. We have four grades starting from best to worst:
Mint, Near Mint, Good, & Shag.
We start by getting all our balls retrieved from golf courses all across the United States. We retrieve balls from every part of a golf course. We then wash each ball and sort by model and grade. After washing and sorting each ball is counted, packaged and shipped directly to you.

Like out of the box new golf balls
I purchased 2 dz AVX and they came in mint condition. I used them in my Moose State Tourney last weekend and played very well, I attribute this to having more confidence in my Golf Ball! I will order more!
I, like everyone thinks I need to play the Pro-V1 or the Pro-V1x and am often baffled when they don’t fly as intended. I mean they’re the best, right? Not necessarily..
I’ve been working with my pro at the club, doing lots and f analysis. Slices and hooks have become fades and draws. Greenside spin with the fancy balls remained a problem.
My pro has been telling me, emphatically that I should be playing the AVX - every bit the quality and performance of the Pro-V1 but for guys with slower swing speeds (I’m in the low ‘90s). He was right! The AVX is performing for the way the V1 & V1x’s were “supposed to” but don’t. It’s a great high end ball.
Look, I’m a 15 handicap and want to improve - the right gear makes a difference and no where it is that more evident than with the right ball. Unless your swing speed is 115, driver distance 275 + and you’re puring 165 yd. 7 irons, park your ego and buy the best ball for you. For me the AVX is unparalleled.
