Found a Flex XP at local course on sale. Tried it on but they didn’t have desired color. Found my size and color at RB. Very comfortable. I sized down from normal 11 1/2 to 11. My foot is narrow and low volume so changed out insert to the moderate support otc orthotic I use in running shoes. Grip seems fine - even on moist days. I prefer versatility of spike-shoes. Home to course to brew pub to work on a casual day.

Great shoe for a big man

So I'm a big dude, 350+ @ 6'1. I wanted a shoe with a stable base most importantly. I tend to walk more on the outside of my feet and eventually smash the outer side of the soles and eventually makes my ankle hurt. These shoes and very well made, stable wide sole, and harder material sole that should last me some time. Shoe is plenty comfortable for me. Traction could be a little better, but leaves no marks on the greens even for me, which is important.

Good looking shoe and seems to offer better traction than other spikeless shoes I have tried. Although the cloth uppers are partially coated with rubberized material, they don't stay completely dry since I usually play fairly early in the morning when there is considerable dew on the grass.
