A: The tip is metal so maybe not, but the handle is soft and rubbery so I would think you would be fine. I have used mine during lightning and was fine.

A: I believe the umbrellas only come in black and white and all black colors as an option. I’m not sure if it comes in black and orange but that would definitely be a question for Home Depot’s customer service team.

This umbrella turned out to be one of the most affordable ones I bought. In addition it is the largest one very good quality and very sturdy. For these rainy days here lately. It has come in very handy just to carry in the back seat of the car.

Poorly made umbrella

I bought 13 umbrellas for a dance performance. 3 of them broke the first day just from opening them twice. 2 more broke the next day. The thread comes off the metal pieces very easily, and then the metal pieces move out of place and break.

A $5 golf umbrella may seem enticing... but beware.

This umbrella is absolutely horrible. The first time I bought it, it broke after a small amount of use. Thinking that I had misused it, I bought another one. After all, it it pretty big, and, when it isn’t broken, really keeps out the rain. I used my second umbrella twice before it, too, broke. Attached is a picture of the poor quality product. Don’t buy this, buy a different umbrella that actually works.
